An International Symposium on Climate Change, initiated by the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) under the theme “New approaches, new technologies, new opportunities involvement of African skills from here and elsewhere”, is organised in Marrakech on 3 and 4 October 2016.
The main goal of the CCME is to help thinking on climate change and its consequences and involve African skills, which means the Moroccans living in Morocco and in the rest of the world.
This international meeting is held few weeks before the opening session of the COP 22 next november which will take place in Marrakech. The meeting’s mission is also to make it clear that the Kingdom of Morocco has the ability to honor its commitments to North-South cooperation and the South-South one, sustainable development and prevent climate change.
A call for papers and poster for researchers is currently underway.
