Conference: « The State and the rights of its citizens living abroad »

The Council of the Moroccan community living abroad organizes, in partnership with the laboratories LARLANCO and LRMECSS of the Faculty of humanities at the University Ibn Zohr of Agadir, a scientific conference on "the State and the rights of the Moroccans living abroad in Souss-Massa region", Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 9:30, at the conference hall of the Prefecture of Agadir Ida-Outanane.

The study carried out by Mr. Mohamed Charef, professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Letters of the Ibn Zohr University in Agadir, is to scheme the Moroccans living abroad in the region of Souss-Massa. 

"The study takes into account the importance of the Moroccans of the world consecrated in the 2011 Constitution, their contribution to the essential effort in advanced regionalization and involvement in the social cultural and economic development of the country "said Mr. Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary General of the CCME, about the meeting.

Further, two round tables on "Moroccans living abroad and regional development" and "the role of Moroccans around the world and their associations in regional development.

Several professors, researchers, elected representatives and associative actors in the area of migration and development will take part to this event
