Round-table: Morocco's historical relations with Scandinavian countries through studies

Saturday February 8, 2020, Mr. Samir Bouzouita, Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences Saïs in Fez, presented two of his works published by the CCME: "Moroccan-Austrian-Hungarian relations: shared history and memory "and "Moroccan-Swedish-Norwegian relations: shared history and memory ".

Mr. Abderrahim Tenkoul, literary critic and dean of the Euromed Faculty of Human and Social Sciences and former President of Ibn Tofail University of Kenitra participated to the exchanges in an open discussion. The presentation was moderated by Mr. Ali Bensaleh Najib, Professor of economics and geography at the University of Uppsala in Sweden.

The first book is a historical chronicle about the Moroccan genius in the improvement of “an exceptional foreign policy” which has perpetuated Morocco's international position and a key regional and international player.

The second essay deals with the important Moroccan-Swedish-Norwegian relations and features the Moroccan diplomacy, which at the time experienced Sultans Moulay Abdellah and Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah, who were unique in a regional and international level.
