Mr. Abdellah Boussouf, Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), accompanied Mr. Ayoub Makhloufi, a member of the Moroccan Intelligence and Public Affairs Institute (MIPAI), aboard the electric vehicle that Transported the photovoltaic torch from Paris to Marrakech for the COP 22.
The CCME is an associate of the MIPAI association in its project "Light Us", a concrete initiative around a photovoltaic torch to help mobilize people to achieve the 17 Objectives of Sustainable Development (SDO). The main objective of this torch is to increase the visibility of the SDGs and to illuminate the progress of the COPs.
The "road trip" carrying the torch arrived in Morocco on Monday, November 7, 2016. The caravan marked a halt in Kenitra where the young Franco-Moroccan inventors and their team of MIPAI were welcomed by the Hassan II Foundation.
