The Mohammed First university of the eastern city of Oujda organizes, in partnership with the Council of the Moroccan community living abroad (CCME), the Ministry of Foreign affairs, charged with the moroccans living and the regional council of the Eastern part of Morocco, an international symposium on « linternational migration in the African context : current realities and challenges ». The two day meeting takes place march 27 and 28 2019 at the university of de Medecine and Pharmacy of the city.
Organized under the High patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the symposium will open diverse questions, notably migrations and their consequences on the african countries, especially Morocco, and propose potential solutions to respond to the needs.
Three major questions will be raised: the African institutions and the promotion of the partnerships and cooperation in the migration issues, the migration and integration in European policies and the South-South migration management on the issues of development and security.
