A Moroccan woman among the finalists of Cartier women's initiative awards.

Three entrepreneurs of the Arab world, including a Moroccan, are among the 20 finalists of Cartier women's initiative awards 2015.

Abbassy Mouna, 33, moved to Dubai in 2005 for a career in professional marketing for multinational cosmetics companies.

Inspired by organic cosmetics products, this young Moroccan launched in 2013 her brand "Izil Beauty" ("Izil" meaning "pure" in Amazigh)

Izil Beauty is a sales cosmetics company 100% Moroccan. The young company Head employs 15 people in Morocco to produce argan oil and Ghassoul which she then imports for resale in her 4 shops in the UAE.

The final of the Cartier Women's Initiative 2015 will be held on October 15 at Deauville in France. 20 entrepreneurs from 18 companies will compete for the prize. It’s a tough competition but Abbassy Mouna has all chances to win the 20,000 dollars that come with the award.

Besides that, the winner will receive a year of personalized advice and access to an international business network.

The Cartier Women's Initiative Awards is a business plan competition created in 2006 by Cartier and supported by the Women's Forum, McKinsey and INSEAD. It aims to reward young entrepreneurs with high potential. Since its inception, the contest has supported 160 women and counts 44 award winners. Mouna Abbassy may become the 45th.
