The Council for the Moroccan Community Abroad presents in these painful circumstances its sincere condolences to the family of Mrs Zoulikha Nasri

Mrs. Zoulikha Nasri, 70, native of Oujda, died on Wednesday in Rabat following a stroke. Mrs Zoulikha Nasri, became on March 29th, 2000 the first and only woman ever appointed to the post of Advisor of His Majesty  King Mohammed VI. Appointed head of the Mohammed VI Foundation in 1999, Mrs. Zoulikha Nasri's name will forever be linked to the Marhaba operation which was an unprecedented event for Moroccans living abroad who spend their holidays in their home country.
More than 2 million moroccans of the world took advantage of this unprecedented operation in the history of the Kingdom: social workers, doctors, and many volunteers were placed in resting points or at border crossings.
