The Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME) received this Thursday, February 5, 2015, a delegation of the French association "Uni'sons".

After inquiring about the organization and the Council's mission, the president of "Uni'sons" and director of its festival "Arabesques" Dechraoui Habib and his members were received by Mr. Abdellah Boussouf Secretary General of the CCME.

This visit was part of the negotiations of a partnership between the Association "Uni'sons" and the CCME. This year, the association celebrates the 10th anniversary of the festival "Arabesques" where 40,000 participants celebrate the Arab and North African culture in Europe.

Created in 2000 by the group of Rap Boss Phobia in Montpellier, in order to convey the passion for hip-hop music, and discover the arts of the Arab world, the Uni'Sons activities are for the benefit of young people whose age range from 12 to 25 year old.

In 2006 the Festival "Arabesques" was born from the international artistic actions carried out by Uni'Sons.

Originally from a multicultural area and bolstered by their dual French-Algerian and French-Moroccan culture, the two founders of Uni'Sons wanted to create a major event that promotes universal access to culture.
