The Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan community abroad, Abdullah Boussouf and the representative delegation of the Ministry of African Integration and Ivorians Abroad held a press conference in Casablanca on Saturday, February 21, 2015 to enable the memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of the management of the diaspora.
After a series of meetings between a number of officials from the two institutions, the 2015 action program was revealed and will include three core activities including assistance to be provided by the CCME in the establishment of the Supreme Council of the Ivorians abroad, organizing a forum for the Ivorian community abroad, in addition to providing technical support to Ivory Coast in the management of immigration.
It should be noted that the Secretary General of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad and the Minister of the integration of Africa and the Ivorians abroad, Ali Coulibaly, had signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the management of the Diaspora, in a ceremony presided over by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and His Excellence, Hassan Ouattara, Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in Marrakech, in the margins of the state visit of the Ivorian President to Morocco
